I don't know if it's something easy to do, but I don't remember differences in audio levels in the past using macmame.I've also noticed that those same select games that play at lower volumes are the same that occasionally unexpectedly quit at the startup. But the times they do startup fine, they run perfectly with no further unexpected quits during gameplay (just the volume issue). The Mac desktop as presented by SheepShaver displays two вЂњdisksвЂќ: the boot disk, which is really the disk image file, and the вЂњUnixвЂќ disk, which is really the вЂњsharedвЂќ Mac OS X folder. Now you start up SheepShaver. First, you move or copy them into the вЂњsharedвЂќ folder I mentioned earlier. ThatвЂ™s all there is to it, really.But what if you want to do any useful work? Mac OS 9 comes with a few applications, such as SimpleText, but to open your own applications and documents, you need to copy them into the disk image file. When you tell your older Mac OS to shut down, it does, and SheepShaver quits.
